Job summary

Manpower UK in Castleford, West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for night shifts (4 on/4 off). You will load/unload, operate the FLT, and support yard movements in a busy warehouse. Long-term temp-to-perm opportunities with potential to go permanent.

Requirements include a valid Counterbalance licence and the ability to pass an on-site assessment and interview. Night pay includes a basic rate plus night allowance and overtime options.

Manpower is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver (double handler preferred) to join a well-established client in Castleford/ Normanton. What You'll Be Doing

• Loading & Unloading (60%) - Safely handling palletised goods in a fast-paced environment
• FLT Operation - Moving stock efficiently across the yard and warehouse
• Yard & Shunting Duties - Supporting vehicle movements and keeping the yard organised
• General Warehouse Tasks - Assisting with daily site operations and manual handling

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off rotation
• Night shifts: 18:00 - 6:00
• Pay & Benefits
• Basic Rate: £13.34
• Night Shift Allowance: £1.87 per hour for hours 22:00-06:00
• Overtime Rates:
  • £15.57 (weekday overtime)
  • £17.70 (Saturday)
  • £20.70 (Sunday)
