Job summary

Manpower is currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a well-established client in Castleford/ Normanton. If you're looking for consistent hours, long-term stability, and the chance to secure a permanent role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You'll be loading/unloading, operating the FLT, yard shunting and general warehouse tasks on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern. Night hours pay an allowance, with overtime rates and on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance FLT licence required.

Responsibilities

• Loading & unloading goods in a fast-paced environment (60%).
• Operate the FLT to move stock across the yard and warehouse.
• Perform yard and shunting duties to support vehicle movements.
• Carry out general warehouse tasks and manual handling as needed.

experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver

(double handler preferred) to join a well-established client in Castleford/ Normanton. If you're looking for

What You'll Be Doing

Loading & Unloading (60%) - Safely handling palletised goods in a fast-paced environment

FLT Operation - Moving stock efficiently across the yard and warehouse

Yard & Shunting Duties - Supporting vehicle movements and keeping the yard organised

General Warehouse Tasks - Assisting with daily site operations and manual handling

Shift Pattern

4 on / 4 off rotation

Day shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Night Shift Allowance: £1.87 per hour for hours 22:00-06:00
