Job summary

Manpower UK in Castleford, West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for night shifts (4 on/4 off). You will load/unload, operate the FLT, and support yard movements in a busy warehouse. Long-term temp-to-perm opportunities with potential to go permanent.

Requirements include a valid Counterbalance licence and the ability to pass an on-site assessment and interview. Night pay includes a basic rate plus night allowance and overtime options.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous experience (double handler desirable).
• Ability to pass an on-site assessment and interview.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload palletised goods safely.
• Operate FLT to move stock across yard and warehouse.
• Support vehicle movements and keep the yard organised.
• Assist with daily site operations and manual handling.
