Ambitions Personnel in Newark are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse team. You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, load/unload deliveries, move stock, and support goods-in and goods-out processes.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, good Health & Safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on Days or Afternoons shifts from Monday to Friday.

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy warehouse team in Newark. This role combines forklift operation with general warehouse duties, supporting the safe and efficient movement of stock and materials throughout the site.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
