Pertemps North Midlands seeks an FLT Counterbalance Driver for a full-time, temp-to-perm role in Burton upon Trent. You will operate a counterbalance forklift and PPT on a busy 3PL site, with duties including picking, palletising, rework and basic logistics administration.

The ideal candidate holds an in-date B1 counterbalance licence with around 12 months driving experience; Reach or other MHE licences are advantageous. Shifts rotate 0600-1400 and 1400-2200 with overtime before Christmas.

Competenze

In-date FLT Counterbalance (B1) licence with ideally 12 months driving experience.
Reach or other MHE licences are advantageous.
Willingness to support with additional hours.
Good attention to detail and teamwork.
Willingness to pass a drug & alcohol test before commencing.

Mansioni

Operate counterbalance forklift and PPT on a third-party logistics site.
Support manual duties including picking, palletising, rework and basic logistics administration.
Adhere to safety standards and reliability expectations.
Overtime may be required before Christmas.
