Job summary

proviT LTD in Rushden is seeking a full-time Counterbalance FLT Driver / Baler Operative to join our team. The role covers roughly 50/50 forklift operation and baler operation, with duties both indoors and outdoors. Immediate start available; Monday to Friday, indoor & outdoor based in Rushden.

The candidate will operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials, run the baler as part of processing, and complete general yard tasks. Full-time hours with an emphasis on varied daily duties.

We are on the hunt for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Baler Operative who can start a full-time role with an established business in the Rushden area.

This is a varied, hands‑on role split roughly 50/50 between operating a counterbalance forklift and operating a baler, with duties carried out both indoors and outdoors, so you'll need to be comfortable working in all conditions.

Your typical responsibilities will include operating a counterbalance forklift to move and load/unload materials, operating a baler as part of the site's processing operation & general yard and site duties. Must be available immediately.

This role offers you:

• £14.00 per hour / £40,000 per annum
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
