Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a FLT Driver / Warehouse operative based in Port Sunlight (CH62). 4 days on 6am-6pm, 4 off, then 4 nights 6pm-6am, may work days and nights. Pay £13.68 per hour with overtime at £20.52 after 42 hours.

Role includes loading, stock taking, and packaging to customer specs in a clean factory environment. Essential you hold a current RTITB/ITTSAR Counterbalance FLT license and have at least 12 months FLT experience in a production setting.

• Must hold a current RTITB or ITTSAR Counterbalance FLT license.
• At least 12 months FLT experience.
• Experience in a busy production environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods from Production for storage in Warehouse safely.
• Ensure finished goods entering Warehouse are wrapped to customer specs and report defects.
• Store finished goods in correctly identified lanes.
• Check finished goods are loaded to correct documentation.
• Supply Production with correct packaging and remove sub-standard material.
• Carry out packaging stock takes twice weekly.
• Handle pump truck and perform general warehouse duties.

Meridian business support is recruiting for FLT Driver / Warehouse operative with a Counterbalance FLT License to join on a temp to perm basis based in Port Sunlight area CH62.

Hours & Shifts: 4 Days on 6am-6pm/ 4 off/ 4 Nights on 6pm-6am/ 4 off – must be able to work Days and Nights 6-6

Pay Rate: £13.68 per hour + overtime after 42 hours @ £20.52 per hour

As FLT Driver / Warehouse operative you will be working in a clean, bright and modern factory environment undertaking any of the following duties:

• Transport finished goods from the Production area for storage in the Warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all finished goods entering the Warehouse are wrapped to the customers' specification and report any defects to Supervision.
• Store finished goods in the correctly identified lanes.
• Check that finished goods are loaded to the correct specified documentation.
• Supply the Production Department with the correct packaging at all times removing sub-standard material.
• Carry out an accurate, twice weekly, packaging stock take
• This role also involves handling the pump truck and general warehouse duties

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

• It is essential you hold a current RTITB or ITTSAR Counterbalance FLT license
• At least 12 months FLT experience
• Previous experience working in a busy production environment
