Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Production Operative with a valid FLT counterbalance licence to join a busy production site in Burslem. You will operate various production machines to deliver high-quality products and frequently use a counterbalance forklift as part of daily tasks.

The role requires a proactive, safety-conscious approach and a flexible mindset. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and effective communication within a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• FLT counterbalance licence is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (mills, blenders, kilns, mixers) to produce finished products.
• Operate counterbalance forklift truck daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team and multi-skill across processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on site.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times.
