• Experience in customer service or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to bring their vision to life through product knowledge.
• Handle pre-sales queries, order completions and post-sales questions.
• Support store promotional changes and housekeeping, reporting to Store Manager.
• Offer bespoke flooring advice and cost a room with guidance from training.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to maintain Trust Pilot rating.
