Job summary

Tapi Carpets & Floors is seeking a proactive and happy-to-help flooring sales advisor to join our team. You’ll assist customers in-store, translate their vision into product recommendations, and participate in promotional activities while learning about our broad flooring ranges.

You’ll be trained through the Tapi Academy with a 12-week plan and on-the-job coaching. If you enjoy fast-paced retail, you’ll thrive delivering excellent service and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• You’ll be focused on helping customers with pre-sales queries and order completions.
• You’ll handle post-sales questions and rarely escalate complaints.
• You’ll assist with store housekeeping and promotional changes.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with great service and teamwork.
• Assist with pre- and post-sales inquiries and complete orders.
• Support promotional changes and store housekeeping, reporting to Store Manager.
• Seek ways to improve store and service for customers.
• Learn about Tapi products to offer bespoke advice and room-costing guidance.
• Create flooring solutions and costings for customers.
