Job summary

Tapi Carpets & Floors is hiring a customer‑facing sales advisor to help customers realise their vision through great product knowledge. You will work with store teams to deliver outstanding service, support promotions, and learn our flooring range to provide bespoke advice.

Training is provided, including Tapi Academy, with a focus on delivering a five‑star customer experience. We value a presentable, proactive, and friendly attitude, and offer a 5* Trustpilot standard, with performance

Qualifications

• You’re in that sweet spot of being sales driven and customer focused.
• You’re presentable, switched‑on, and honest with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work with store team to wow customers at every turn.
• Provide top notch customer service for pre-sales, order completions and post-sales questions, with escalation of complaints when needed.
• Support your team with promotions and store housekeeping and report to a Store Manager.
• Stay alert for ways to improve the store and customer service.
• Learn about Tapi products and collections to offer bespoke advice.
• Learn to draw and cost a room to deliver flooring excellence.
