Responsibilities

• Work with the store team to wow customers at every turn.
• Provide top-notch customer service for pre-sales queries, orders and post-sales questions.
• Assist with promotional changes and store housekeeping, reporting to the Store Manager.
• Look for ways to improve the store, service and customer experience.
• Learn about our products to offer bespoke advice and cost a room for customers.
• Learn how to draw and cost a room to deliver flooring excellence.
