• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Able to handle pre- and post-sales queries and occasional complaints.
• Thrives in a busy store with promotional changes and merchandising.
• Keen to learn flooring products and advise customers with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Work with store team to wow customers at every turn.
• Provide top-notch customer service for pre-sales, orders, and post-sales queries; escalate only rarely.
• Support team with promotions and store housekeeping; report to Store Manager.
• Always look for ways to improve store and service for customers.
• Learn about our products to offer bespoke advice to customers.
• Learn how to draw and cost a room for flooring solutions.
