Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited is seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant to organise and run our warehouse smoothly while delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee deliveries, monitor stock, and work closely with store teams and installers to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or stockroom roles.
• Strong organisational skills and reliability.
• Excellent communication with store teams, fitters and customers.
• Willingness to learn Tapi systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Organise and maintain the effective running of the Warehouse.
• Oversee deliveries and quality control procedures.
• Monitor all goods in and goods out.
• Ensure stock control procedures are followed and records kept accurately.
• Plan with fitting partners and organise customer orders for collection.
