• Work with store team to wow customers at every turn.
• Provide top notch customer service for pre-sales queries, orders and post-sales questions, and rare complaints.
• Support your team with promotions and store housekeeping, reporting to the Store Manager.
• Always look for ways to improve the store and service for customers.
• Learn about our products to offer bespoke advice and room costings.
