Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a Floor Walker to join our Grantham team. This role involves moving pallets and packaging in a fast-paced setting, weighing pallets, and ensuring accurate traceability. You will perform manual handling and work with minimal supervision in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

Shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on an alternating basis. Salary starts from £538 per week (£29 976 per year) with benefits and development opportunities.

• Weighing in of pallets of product using a floor scale.
• Accurate documentation is essential to ensure full and accurate traceability is maintained at all times.
• Manual handling is required within this role.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
