Megan's Restaurants is seeking friendly Front of House team members for our UK neighbourhood venues. You’ll be warm, confident, and enjoy making guests feel looked after, with training and support to help you shine in a buzzing floor role.

Expect up to £13.50 per hour with base troncal allocations, uncapped performance bonuses, and perks like dining discounts, team socials, mental health support, early wage access and more.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming guests and building genuine rapport from hello to goodbye.
• Know menu and drinks to confidently discuss and recommend options.
• Adapt service to different guests and anticipate needs.
• Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and upselling.
• Work as one team, supporting section and wider restaurant on busy shifts.
• Maintain high standards and keep the restaurant looking its best.
• Help train and mentor newer team members as you grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming our guests, building genuine rapport and making sure they feel looked after from hello to goodbye
• Getting to know our food and drinks so you can confidently talk guests through the menu and make great recommendations
• Adapting your service to different guests and spotting what they need before they have to ask
• Driving sales naturally through brilliant recommendations, upselling and knowing what our guests will love
• Working as one team, supporting your section, your teammates and the wider restaurant when things get busy
• Keeping the restaurant looking its best and making sure our standards stay high throughout every shift
• Getting involved in training, tastings and development, and as you grow, helping newer team members find their feet too
