How will you make an impact?
- Assist Boutique Management with defining, implementing, and monitoring action plans to achieve sales targets
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and engagement
- Collaborate with the Boutique Assistants team to optimize floor management and enhance client experience
- Work with the Cartier L&D team to develop coaching plans for managers
- Participate in cross-departmental and omnichannel projects
- Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience throughout the sales process
- Build strong client relationships to develop loyalty and client portfolio
- Adhere to all Group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures
- Ensure availability and proper use of client and sales tools, and create engaging briefs
- Support boutique operational projects
What will be your mission?
Sales Achievements & Client Portfolio Development:
- Deliver exceptional client experiences before, during, and after sales
- Master the sales process and adapt to client needs
- Handle negotiations and objections with ease
- Meet individual and boutique sales targets
- Cultivate client loyalty and expand the client portfolio
- Participate in client events and represent the Maison
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to optimize floor management
- Support sales associates with guidance and assistance
- Collaborate on coaching plans and conduct debriefing sessions
- Participate in daily briefs, share product knowledge and market insights
Boutique Operations & Performance Management:
- Ensure compliance with policies and visual merchandising guidelines
- Maintain boutique condition and manage tools and resources
- Assist with operational projects and reporting
