Floor Supervisor – Your role is to lead the Housekeeping team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, ensuring impeccable standards, efficient operations, and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant and occupied rooms to assess cleanliness, missing guest amenities, and supplies.
• Identify and report problems to Room Attendants, follow up by documenting actions and enhancing team performance.
• Ensure all departure rooms are checked, released promptly for re‑let, and meet time‑line requirements.
• Manage guest and cleaning supplies, staying within a pre‑established budget and submitting weekly approvals to management.
• Brief Room Attendants on all information and changes from the daily Housekeeping briefing.

Shift pattern: Rotating shifts Monday‑Sunday, 39 hours per week. Patterns include morning, evening, night, weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is required.

To be a successful Floor Supervisor candidate you must have exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and prior experience in a 5‑star luxury environment.
