As a Housekeeping Assistant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

• As Housekeeping Porter you will maintain the cleanliness and good order of all assigned areas creating a pleasant environment for our guests.
• You will be in charge of delighting our guests with requested service and ensure that all linen cupboards and all items are stocked properly.
• You are willing to provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service in order to achieve great customer satisfaction.

To be a successful Casual Housekeeping Assistant candidate, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury environment, excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and most importantly, genuine interest in providing outstanding service to our guests.
