Job Summary:

We’re seeking a confident and experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our floor team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting staff during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee FOH staff and daily service operations.
2. Deliver excellent customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
3. Support training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
4. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
5. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.

Requirements:

1. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
2. Strong leadership and customer service skills.
3. Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
