The Fat Badger in London is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to lead a busy front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the General Manager, you will supervise staff, manage schedules and help drive guest satisfaction in a high-energy venue.

This role offers a competitive salary from £32,000 to £35,000 per year plus a service charge, with opportunities for career progression, staff meals, and access to wellbeing and discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality.
• Experience in high-end venues or fine dining preferred.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
• Create and manage staff schedules within budgeted labour costs.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and marketing to boost venue visibility.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure licensing, policy, and health and safety compliance.
