Stonegate Group's Fatling in Hornchurch is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to drive guest experience and lead a busy pub team. You will work with the management team to deliver outstanding service and maintain consistent standards across peak hours.

You’ll foster a warm, welcoming environment for every guest, oversee daily operations, and mentor team members to excel in service, cash handling, and safety.

Competenze

• Experience leading Front of House teams in a pub/bar setting.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to motivate staff.
• Eligible to work in the UK (18+ for alcohol service).

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Fatling.

We offer a relaxed and welcoming venue during the day, with great sports coverage and a fantastic beer garden for our guests. We pride ourselves on being a traditional British boozer!
