Job summary

B&M Retail in London is looking for a Floor Manager to lead a busy shop floor, motivate the team and drive sales while ensuring top customer service. You will own visual standards, coaching, and daily operations to maintain store performance.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work across days, evenings and weekends, adapt to rapid pace, and deliver a great shopping experience while hitting targets and upholding brand standards.
