B&M is seeking a Floor Manager for our Colchester store to lead a fast-paced retail team, own the shop floor, and drive performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations and ensure standards across merchandising and service.

The role is permanent, full-time, with flexibility across days, evenings and weekends to meet store needs and peak times. A hands-on leader who mentors the team will excel here.
