Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group, Holborn Dining Room in London, seeks a Floor Manager (Paternity Cover) to lead the floor during service and drive guest satisfaction. You will support and develop the team, champion Rosewood’s values, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will act as an inspirational leader, delivering engaging briefings, managing guest requests, and upholding service standards throughout each shift. This is a pivotal role within a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong guest service ethos with ability to build memorable experiences.
• Experience coaching and developing front-of-house teams.
• Ability to lead by example during peak service times.
• Understanding of health & safety and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Inspire, coach, and develop the front-of-house team through training and feedback.
• Build relationships with guests and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and health & safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively across the team with engaging briefings and updates.
