Role Overview As a Floor Manager, you play a key role in driving strong shop-floor performance and delivering exceptional service our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting your team, maintaining high standards and ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly throughout every shift. Working closely with the management team, you help drive sales, boost customer engagement, and maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing store environment. This role requires effective, hands‑on leadership, strong commercial awareness and the ability to support and develop colleagues to perform at their best.
