As a floor manager, you'll support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.


We view your store as a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers in your area, who may shop in-store, online, or through partnerships. Your role includes supporting the team in providing outstanding in-store and online service and offering leadership and support to stylist team members responding to customer inquiries via our online system.


The role requires organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience and a vibrant representation of the AllSaints brand.


Leading the stylist team will be a key part of your responsibilities, coaching and motivating team members to succeed, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional service that makes customers feel amazing.


WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  1. Spending most of your day on the busy shop floor, trading with stylist teams, and ensuring all processes run smoothly while providing the best experience for customers.
  2. Overseeing and supporting stylist team members with customer queries, emails, chats, and calls related to products and orders via our online customer service system.
  3. Collaborating with our customer experience team leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
  4. Being an expert ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers and your team.
  5. Driving commercial success by ensuring products are well showcased, following guidelines, and prominently displaying bestsellers to enhance the customer experience.
  6. Managing daily store operations and team deployment, developing your business acumen to ensure seamless operations and effective coaching for your stylists.
  7. Working with the management team to help the store exceed targets and KPIs.
  8. Handling people matters proactively, such as return-to-work interviews, investigations, performance, and attendance management.
  9. Creating and implementing floor plans and rotas to set up the store for success each day.
