As a floor manager, you'll support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
We view your store as a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers in your area, who may shop in-store, online, or through partnerships. Your role includes supporting the team in providing outstanding in-store and online service and offering leadership and support to stylist team members responding to customer inquiries via our online system.
The role requires organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience and a vibrant representation of the AllSaints brand.
Leading the stylist team will be a key part of your responsibilities, coaching and motivating team members to succeed, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional service that makes customers feel amazing.
