Celeste, Notting Hill’s Italian-American restaurant, is seeking a passionate Floor Manager to lead from the front and create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll own your section, inspire the front of house team, manage guest flow and rota planning, and partner with management to uphold the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a Floor Manager or supervisory role in a premium restaurant.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent knowledge of high-end food and beverage service.
• Confident leading a team in a busy, quality-driven environment.
• Experience supporting rota planning and day-to-day operations.
• Positive, hands-on approach and love for hospitality.

We're looking for a passionate Floor Manager to lead from the front, creating memorable experiences for every guest while supporting and inspiring the team around you. What you'll be doing

As a Floor Manager, you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring every service runs seamlessly from start to finish.

You'll:

Who we're looking for

You'll bring:

• 1 to 2 years' experience in a Floor Manager or supervisory role within a premium restaurant.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent knowledge of high-end food and beverage service.
• Confidence leading a team in a busy, quality-driven environment.
• Experience supporting with rota planning and day-to-day operations.
• A positive, hands-on approach and a genuine love for hospitality.

The on-target earning potential for this role is £47,950 per annum, comprising a base salary of £34,950, plus an estimated £13,000 in gratuities and service charge.
