Job summary

Maison Estelle in Notting Hill, London is seeking a Barback to join our bustling bar team. You will stock, clean and support the bartenders during peak service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

As our Barback, you’ll be the backbone of the bar team, keeping everything stocked, clean, and running smoothly. From replenishing ingredients and glassware to supporting the bartenders during busy service, you’ll ensure the bar is always prepared to deliver exceptional drinks and guest experiences.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,073.60 per annum - comprising a base salary of £25,625.60 (40 hours per week at a hourly rate of £12.32), plus a qualified estimate of £6,448 in gratuities and service charge.*
