Job summary

adidas Group is seeking an enthusiastic retail professional to lead and develop a store team at the Tipner location. You will drive sales, ensure brand standards, and provide excellent customer service while promoting Adidas values.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPIs, training, and strong product knowledge to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the shop floor, coordinating the team.
• Drive store sales with the team to meet targets by delivering great customer service.
• Ensure the store is up to brand standards including Visual Merchandising, replenishment, and customer service.
• Provide feedback conversations and strong training to develop the team.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and clear English communications.
• Handle difficult interpersonal situations and uphold Adidas culture and values.

• Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store.
• Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service.
• Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times incl. Visual Merchandising standards, Replenishment, and Customer service to create the best shopping experience for the consumer.
  12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
