You'll create an environment where colleagues are motivated to take pride in their work, recognise opportunities to improve, and consistently exceed customer expectations.

You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the store by identifying local opportunities, developing partnerships within the community, and working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, enhance the customer proposition, and deliver sustainable growth.

Leading a high-performing team, you'll embed a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and retail best practice, ensuring the store sets the benchmark for standards, customer experience, and commercial performance across the business

  • Embed a mindset of innovation and ownership, encouraging colleagues to identify opportunities and turn ideas into action.
  • Lead from the front, setting the standard for customer experience, operational excellence and commercial performance.

Create an Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Continually evolve the customer journey, identifying opportunities to make every visit engaging, seamless and memorable.
  • Champion a customer-first culture where exceptional service is the expectation, not the exception.
  • Use customer insight, feedback and local knowledge to enhance and shape the store offering.
  • Drive awareness and engagement with healthcare services, digital solutions and retail opportunities that add value for customers.
  • Position the branch as a destination within the local community, building strong relationships and lasting customer loyalty.

Drive Growth, Innovation & Business Performance

  • Take full ownership of branch performance, identifying and delivering opportunities to improve both customer outcomes and commercial results.
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance the retail proposition, increase footfall and improve customer engagement.
  • Identify local market opportunities, trends and partnerships that will strengthen the branch's position within the community.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to bring new ideas, initiatives and opportunities into the store.
  • Use data, insight and commercial awareness to make informed decisions and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Champion new concepts, products, services and ways of working, ensuring the branch remains at the forefront of retail and healthcare excellence.
  • Establish the branch as a benchmark location, recognised across the business for innovation, standards and performance.

Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Create an environment that consistently reflects the highest standards of retail presentation, customer experience and professionalism.
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures and professional standards are adhered to while maintaining an agile and forward-thinking approach.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of branch operations, identifying smarter and more effective ways of working.
