Holland & Barrett is hiring an Assistant Manager at The Stratford Centre. You will work alongside the Store Manager to create an exceptional customer experience, develop a high-performing team and drive commercial success.

What you'll be doing

• Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, providing trusted health and wellness guidance after completing our Qualified to Advise training.
• Drive commercial performance by supporting sales, profitability and operational excellence across the store.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising and promotional activity are delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Create a safe, compliant and inclusive environment where colleagues can thrive and customers enjoy every visit.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague development, helping your team build confidence, capability and product knowledge.
