MJMK Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager for Luso, our Portuguese restaurant on Charlotte Street in London. You will own the guest experience, lead the floor, work closely with the head chef and wine team, and drive the site's commercial performance.

You will recruit and develop the team, uphold Michelin-standard standards, manage P&L, labour and costs, and represent the brand across service. A premium dining background with 2–4 years' GM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years' experience as a General Manager in a premium dining setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-standard restaurants.
• Hands-on leadership on the floor with strong people management and commercial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Lead the restaurant from the floor at every service, upholding Michelin-level standards.
• Own site P&L, costs, labour and guest experience; drive revenue through covers and spend per head.
• Recruit, train and develop the team; manage Heads of Department and ensure seamless operations in your absence.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and wine team to enhance the food and drink offer and guest satisfaction.
• Identify improvements and implement solutions across guest experience, people and operations.
