MJMK Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Luso on Charlotte Street, London. This full-time, site-based role oversees daily dining room operations, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
A love of wine and a drive for quality help you lead a warm, precise team during every shift. You will plan rosters, collaborate with kitchen staff, monitor costs and drive revenue while upholding health and safety standards.
£47,150 to £51,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Full time, site based, W1T, London
Luso opened on Charlotte Street in September 2025, celebrating the diversity of Portugal's Iberian coastline and countryside. The menu blends the familiar with the contemporary, and the wine list reflects Portugal's variety, from under water aged wines to the country's long tradition of fortified wines, each bottle chosen with the same care that goes into every dish. At Luso, energy, curiosity and passion for detail come together with a warm, generous welcome for everyone who joins the team.
As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the dining room day to day, making sure every service runs smoothly and every guest leaves already planning their next visit. You will set the tone for the team on each shift, bringing warmth and precision in equal measure, and help Luso grow into a Charlotte Street favourite.
This role is made for an experienced restaurant manager, or an assistant manager ready for the next step, ideally from a quality-led, chef-driven restaurant. A love of wine, or a deep curiosity about Portuguese food and drink, will help you feel right at home here.
This is a hands-on, guest-focused leadership role.
