Shuel Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced Floor Layer for self-employed/subcontract work around Oxford. You will lay carpets, vinyl, Polysafe, and click flooring in occupied and void social housing properties, with a focus on quality and timely completion.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, reliable Floor Layer to join us on a self-employed/subcontract basis, covering works in and around Oxford. This is a regular, ongoing opportunity with a company that pays on time and takes pride in the quality of its work.

What You Will Be Doing

• Laying carpets, vinyl, Polysafe (safety flooring), and click flooring in occupied and void social housing properties
• Working to specification and finishing to a high standard, first time
• Liaising professionally with site supervisors and tenants where required
