A leading provider of repairs and maintenance services is seeking a skilled Floor Layer to join their team in Leeds. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a range of flooring installations and repairs, ensuring quality service to the local community. The position offers an annual salary of up to £36,836.09, a company van, and various benefits including annual leave and rewards.

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Floor Layer to join our team in Leeds, working in partnership with Leeds Council. You’ll carry out a wide range of flooring installations and repairs across residential properties, helping to deliver a stable and high-quality service to the local community.
This is a hands‑on role requiring technical precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of flooring materials and techniques. You’ll work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
