Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Floor Layer for our housing maintenance team in Eastleigh. This permanent, full-time role involves installing, repairing and replacing flooring across our property portfolio to ensure high standards.

Key tasks include prep, measurements, leveling and surface preparation for vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles and linoleum, plus site safety and workmanship. A full UK driving licence is essential to operate the company van; applicants must be eligible to

• Valid UK driving licence to operate company van.
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail.

About The Role

Abri is seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our housing maintenance and refurbishment team based in Eastleigh. In this full:time permanent role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing various flooring types across our property portfolio to ensure high:quality standards for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prep, repair, and fit various flooring types (vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles, linoleum).
• Carry out site measurements, floor leveling, and surface preparation.
• Operate safely and maintain high workmanship standards across local residential properties.
• Manage van stock and care for company equipment.

Requirements

• Essential hands:on experience as a Floor Layer.
• Full UK Driving Licence (to utilize company van).
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
