Job summary

Randstad Staffing in Eastleigh is seeking an experienced Floor Layer for a permanent, full-time role based in our housing maintenance and refurbishment team. You will install, repair, and replace flooring across our property portfolio to ensure high-quality standards for residents.

About the Role:

Abri is seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our housing maintenance and refurbishment team based in Eastleigh. In this full-time permanent role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing various flooring types across our property portfolio to ensure high-quality standards for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep, repair, and fit various flooring types (vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles, linoleum).
• Carry out site measurements, floor leveling, and surface preparation.
• Operate safely and maintain high workmanship standards across local residential properties.
• Manage van stock and care for company equipment.

Requirements:

• Essential hands-on experience as a Floor Layer.
• Full UK Driving Licence (to utilize company van).
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
