Qualifications

• Solid floor laying experience (vinyl, carpet, wetrooms).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Can-do attitude with attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Fitting vinyl, sheet, safety flooring and carpets.
• Prepping floors with latex or ply.
• Fitting grippers, underlay and carpets.
• Carrying out repairs when needed.
• Ordering materials and using PDA to complete daily jobs.

Floor Layer Wanted - Southampton or Portsmouth

£36,200 + £5800 in Holiday pay ( if previously self employed)

Are you a floor layer looking for steady work, a good team, and the chance to progress with a solid, relaxed and people focused housing provider. Had enough of long hours, or chasing payments and invoicing, chaos of private sector working. We've got a great opportunity with a busy housing association working across Southampton Portsmouth- and they're looking for someone just like you.

You'll be out and about each day in a company van, working in social housing properties and making sure the flooring looks spot-on. Move into a permanent position with loads of benefits.
