Job summary

You should have 2–3 years’ consultancy experience and a Civil Engineering degree, with AutoCAD and drainage design software exposure. The role offers full-time or part-time options, and a generous benefits package including private healthcare and pension.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ relevant consultancy experience.
• Civil Engineering or related degree.
• Experience preparing FRAs and Drainage Strategies.
• Designing drainage schemes using InfoDrainage and/or MicroDrainage.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Working knowledge of guidance including NPPF, CIRIA SuDS Manual and Sewer Sector Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy Reports.
• Design drainage schemes using InfoDrainage and/or MicroDrainage.
• Develop SuDS and development drainage solutions.
• Produce and review AutoCAD drawings.
• Liaise with clients, councils and wider design teams.
• Support schemes through planning and technical approval.
