• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with NHS ESR and HR systems transformation.
• Ability to translate system changes into practical HR workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Proven capability in project delivery and change management.

Responsibilities

• Leading the HR workstream for the rollout of the NHS People Portal.
• Coordinating review and redesign of HR processes so they are efficient and compliant.
• Translating system changes into practical, user-friendly ways of working.
• Providing HR expertise into system design, configuration and implementation decisions.
• Leading HR involvement in SIT and UAT, including test scenarios and HR sign-off.
• Assessing impact of change and helping realise the benefits of new systems.
