Job summary

Education Supply Pool is seeking Teaching Assistants to support day-to-day, short- and long-term positions in Caerphilly and surrounding areas. A minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, or BA (Hons) Education is required, or equivalent experience in an education setting.

Role involves aiding lesson delivery, preparing activities, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment. Positions offer flexible schedules and PAYE employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, or BA (Hons) Education.
• Experience working within an education setting.
• Willingness to support pupils across lessons.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing lessons in all areas of the school curriculum with varied levels of student abilities.
• Follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide stimulating activities while ensuring hygiene and safety rules.
• Maintain a supportive and clean classroom environment.
• Be attentive to the unique needs of each student and identify solutions.
