Education Supply Pool are a PAYE Employer recruiting Teaching Assistants to support day to day, short-term and long-term positions on the behalf of schools for Risca and its surrounding areas. We are looking for someone with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting.

The successful candidate:

• Minimum of 3 months experience inside a UK Primary or Secondary classroom or teaching assistant environment.
• Assist with preparing lessons in all areas of the school curriculum with consideration of varied levels of student abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide simulating activities whilst ensuring hygiene and safety rules.
• Maintain a supportive and clean classroom environment.
• Be attentive to the unique needs of each student and be able to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues.
• Great communication skills to collaborate with other teachers and families when needed.
