Job summary

Education Supply Pool Ltd in Wales is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support day-to-day, short-term and long-term positions in Risca and surrounding areas. A minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC or BA (Hons) Education or classroom experience is required; a UK driving licence with vehicle access would widen opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC or BA (Hons) Education or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 months of experience inside a UK Primary or Secondary classroom or teaching assistant role.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would widen opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing lessons across the school curriculum.
• Follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide engaging activities while ensuring hygiene and safety rules.
• Maintain a supportive and clean classroom environment.
• Be attentive to individual student needs and collaborate with teachers and families.
