Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting Teaching Assistants to join Codsall Multi Academy Trust Bank Staff Pool for September 2026. Roles across Primary and Middle School settings offer full-time, part-time and flexible working opportunities with a focus on supporting pupils and creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.

Successful candidates will support teachers, work with individuals or small groups, and uphold safeguarding policies while contributing to a positive school culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with children desirable but not essential.
• Willing to obtain Enhanced DBS on Update Service.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development
• Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities
• Assist with classroom preparation and learning activities
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
