The Supply Register is working with Community Academies Trust to recruit Teaching Assistants to support Primary Schools in Telford. Roles range from flexible part-time to full-time, with opportunities across the trust and ongoing support from a dedicated Partnership Team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or willingness to gain school-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups.
• Promote a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Support pupils with their academic, social and personal development.
• Assist with classroom preparation and learning activities.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.
