Job summary

The Supply Register, in partnership with Codsall Multi Academy Trust, is recruiting Teaching Assistants to join the Bank Staff Pool from September 2026. Roles are available across Full-Time, Part-Time and flexible working arrangements in Primary and Middle School settings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development
• Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities
• Assist with classroom preparation and learning activities
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
