Randstad Education is seeking Flexible Teaching Assistants (Primary, Secondary & SEN) to support learners across EYFS to KS4 in Haywards Heath and nearby areas. You will choose your preferred setting and age group, then provide essential classroom support and targeted support where needed.

Roles include flexible full-time, part-time or daily supply shifts with immediate starts and weekly PAYE pay. Local roles aim for convenient commutes and supportive teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning and pupil development.
• Strong communication skills with good foundational literacy and numeracy.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
