Randstad Education is seeking adaptable Teaching Assistants for flexible placements across EYFS/Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings in the UK. Roles include 1:1 support in SEN environments and general classroom assistance tailored to your preferences.

You will choose your setting, work locally, and enjoy flexible daily shifts with weekly PAYE pay and immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in schools, nurseries, care work, sports coaching, or youth work.
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning and pupil development.
• Strong communication skills with good foundational literacy and numeracy.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
• The right to work in the UK and reliable transport links across the locality.

• Primary Mainstream: provide essential classroom support, lead guided reading/maths groups, and assist EYFS-KS2 development.
• Secondary Mainstream: offer subject-specific classroom assistance, implement behaviour management strategies, and support GCSE preparation.
• SEN & Specialist Support: deliver 1:1 or small group work tailored to pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech delays, or complex physical needs.
